Darth Vader’s mask, as seen in films such as Richard Marquand’s « Star Wars Episode VI : Return of the Jedi », has influenced patterns in the Preen by Thornton Bregazzi Autumn/Winter 2014-2015 Show.

I am afraid that I love the print of the fabric and the flow of the top and the skirt…..but, I hate the Darth Vader. Sigh. Sorry.

Me neither, thank you ! That’s the magical key to this fabulously exciting outfit : the “dark and hard” versus “hot and soft” contrast ! XOXO

Wow the scope of George Lucas’ “Star Wars” universe is quite staggering–even in fashion…
but again our friend Maya Singer from style.com continues to struggle with it all…
but I rather like it and find it makes a bold statement in good fashion…
so from the runways of New York to London it seems…
the force is with us!! 😉

Yes, the force is with us LOL ! I couldn’t believe I had another tremendously fabulous “Star Wars” inspiration so soon after Rodarte’s fantastic interpretation ! XO

Reading your wild and furious comment is definitely a great way to start a week ! There were several looks with Darth Vader but I’ve selected this one because of Malaika Firth’s gorgeous legs !!! XOXO
