About Fashion Mayann

I'm fascinated by fashion inspirations that I have collected through the years (reading fashion magazines and fashion websites). I'd love to share them with lots of different people.

Rouge Coco Shine

Chanel Rouge Coco 14

Chanel’s Rouge Coco Shine lipstick has influenced the Christmas cake (created by the Pastry Chef of Beige, Julien Kientzler, this yule log was made with caramel and dark chocolate) that Karl Lagerfeld has designed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo restaurant, on the top floor of the Chanel Ginza building.

Joséphine de Beauharnais

Alexandra Vidal SS15

The Alexandra Vidal Spring/Summer 2015 Collection is influenced by Joséphine de Beauharnais’s love of luxurious fabrics.

Other Joséphine de Beauharnais-inspired collections : Chaumet (in 2010, to celebrate its 230 years, Chaumet launched the jewelry collection « Joséphine / Josephine », in homage to the French jeweler’s first muse, the Empress of the French), John Galliano (in 1992, John Galliano paid tribute to Joséphine de Beauharnais and her husband Napoleon in his collection entitled « Napoleon and Josephine »).
