The Alexandra Vidal Spring/Summer 2015 Collection is influenced by Joséphine de Beauharnais’s love of luxurious fabrics.
Other Joséphine de Beauharnais-inspired collections : Chaumet (in 2010, to celebrate its 230 years, Chaumet launched the jewelry collection « Joséphine / Josephine », in homage to the French jeweler’s first muse, the Empress of the French), John Galliano (in 1992, John Galliano paid tribute to Joséphine de Beauharnais and her husband Napoleon in his collection entitled « Napoleon and Josephine »).
