Other Susan Sontag-inspired collections : Basso & Brooke Autumn/Winter 2011-2012 (the show notes quoted Susan Sontag’s introduction about the conflicting desires of wanting to be seen but also to hide and blend in), Charles Anastase Autumn/Winter 2009-2010 (some leather jackets were decorated with a « Susan Sontag » inscription), Louis Vuitton by Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2011 (a quote from Susan Sontag’s 1964 essay, « Notes on “Camp” », « The relation between boredom and camp taste cannot be overestimated », was on every guest’s seat).
