Other collections with Snow White : D&G by Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 2011 (« Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs » pattern on T-shirts), Kinder Aggugini Spring/Summer 2010 (the invitation of this show, titled « The Loss of Innocence », featured a battered Snow White figurine), Generra Autumn/Winter 2010-2011 (a blurred motif was based on the happy colors of Walt Disney’s « Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs »), M.A.C (the « Venomous Villains » makeup collection, launched in the Autumn of 2010, in collaboration with Disney, featured items which were inspired by iconic villains, such as Snow White’s stepmother), Mulberry by Emma Hill Autumn/Winter 2009-2010 (Snow White-themed presentation), Pierrot Autumn/Winter 2002-2003 (this collection paid homage to characters from the Brothers Grimm’s fairy tales, such as Snow White), Pinko Spring/Summer 2009 (« Witch of Snow White » print on a T-shirt).
Furthermore, 7 designers, including Jean Paul Gaultier, Paul Smith and Vivienne Westwood, created costumes for the « Snow White and the Seven Designers » pantomime, presented at London’s Garrick Theatre, from October 12 until October 16, 2010, to benefit Dementia UK ; Nina Ricci dressed Snow White as part of Barneys New York’s 2012 Christmas « Electric Holiday » campaign, and Oscar de la Renta designed a dress for Snow White as part of Harrods’ 2012 Christmas windows, dedicated to Disney princesses.
Moreover, Olivier Theyskens said in Paris Première’s « La Mode, la Mode, la Mode » TV show, aired in January 2013, that he has always been fascinated by Snow White and her little birds.

Maria Callas in Pier Paolo Pasolini’s « Medea » was one of the inspirations of the Valentino by Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli Spring/Summer 2014 Show, which paid homage to the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma.

Some Leonardo da Vinci-inspired collections and campaign : Chantelle (the « Sexy Shaping » lingerie range, launched in September 2011, was partly based on the perfect proportions in Leonardo da Vinci’s « Vitruvian Man » drawing), Delfina Delettrez (for her jewelry line, Delfina Delettrez sometimes draws inspiration from Leonardo da Vinci’s drawings of the human body), Marithé + François Girbaud Spring/Summer 2005 (the campaign for this collection, produced by the Air Agency, reproduced Leonardo da Vinci’s « Last Supper » campaign), Paco Rabanne (the Paco Lab capsule jewelry collection, designed in collaboration with Amelie Riech, and launched in September 2012, was influenced by Leonardo da Vinci’s quote, « Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication »).
Moreover, Salvatore Ferragamo unveiled the Salvatore Ferragamo by Massimiliano Giornetti Resort 2012 Collection at the Paris’ Louvre, on June 12, 2012, because the brand sponsored the « Saint Anne : Leonardo da Vinci’s Ultimate Masterpiece » exhibition, presented from March 29 until June 25, 2012, which highlighted Leonardo da Vinci’s « Virgin and Child with Saint Anne » painting.

Moreover, in 1997, when she was 10, Gemma Ward played the witch in her school’s production of « Hansel and Gretel », and the December 2009 issue of « Vogue » featured a fashion fantasy, starring Lily Cole, which was based on the Metropolitan Opera’s production of « Hansel and Gretel ».
